The Fat Duckenters its 21st year in existence with Hesten Blumenthal embarked on a journey of culinary exploration and discovery, resulting in some well known dishes. With a refurbishment as well as a new kitchen, bookings are now open online here.
The new online booking system will a different booking experience for guests in different time zones. The pre-payment system will also be introduced, where guests will purchase their “ticket” for the restaurant at time of reservation. This “ticket” covers all food costs, with wines, service and other drinks paid for at the end of the meal.
