The menu that will be served by scoop and Fire in Babylon at SWG3, 100 Eastvale Place, GLASGOW.

Carefully selecting the finest in market fresh ingredients, and chosen to appeal to a wide cross section of palates and dietary choices; from North African-inspired braised neck fillet of lamb, ras el hanout, baba ganoush, flat bread, sauce and salad to the vegetarian dish of ironbark pumpkin, baby corn and bean mussaman curry, jasmine rice and crispy shallots and onto the fiery tropical spices and Afro-Caribbean zest provided by Glasgow’s leading purveyors of West Indian food, Fire In Babylon.

The Street Food Cartel menu redefines commonly held perceptions of street food being merely burgers and fries.
