Recipe : Spooktini Cocktail for Halloween

Midori Martini Spooktini

 

Halloween isn’t just for kids, adults want some spooky fun as well.  Here’s a recipe for a Midori Martini or Spooktini as we’ve called it.  Midori, Vodka, Fizz, Marischino cherry and a little bit of ghoulish green candy floss – it looks a bit like Slimer from the Ghostbusters but that’s not quite what it’s meant to be (read on…)

You want to add equal parts of vodka and Midori to a cocktail glass.  Top up with some fizz, we used one of the little bottles of Prosecco from the supermarket (B&M sell them cheap!)  Garnish with a cherry and balance some candy floss on a cocktail stick.

Add this to your Spooktini for a witch’s  cauldron bubbling effect.

Equipment



Ingredients

1 ounce (25ml) Midori
1 ounce  (25ml) vodka
Fizzy wine to top up
Maraschino Cherries for garnish
Green Candy Floss

Method

Add all ingredients to a martini glass.

Add a cherry for garnish.

Add candy floss for garnish

Spooktini - Midori Vodka Martini

Adult fun this Halloween with a spooktini a midori vodka martini

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ounce 25ml Midori
  • 1 ounce 25ml vodka
