25ml Campari & 60ml Water freeze in a large cube tray
60ml Catoctin Creek Roundstone Rye
good Italian vermouth
2 dashes of orange bitters
Orange peel for garnish
Combine rye, vermouth and bitters in an old fashioned glass.
Add a large Campari ice cube, stir.
Express orange peel into drink, wipe rim with peel and side it into the side of the drink.

Ingredients for one (double up for sharing)
45 ml Sagamore Spirit Signature Rye Whiskey
30ml Cranberry Juice
10ml Lemon Juice
10 ml Organic Maple Syrup
60 ml Ginger Beer
Sage Leaf, Optional
Fill a Collins glass with ice.
Add Sagamore Spirit Signature Rye Whiskey, cranberry juice, lemon juice and maple syrup.
Top with ginger beer and give a slight stir to combine.
Garnish with a sage leaf.

45 ml G’Vine Floraison
2 teaspoon Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon Water
10-15 Red Grapes (keep two grapes for garnish)
½ teaspoon Sugar
30ml Sweet Vermouth
Garnish: Grapes and toothpick
In a blender combine the grapes, water, gin, lemon juice, sugar and vermouth and blend until smooth.
Pour in a shaker filled with ice and shake for about a minute and strain into a small glass. Garnish with a couple of grapes on a toothpick.

45ml G'Vine Gin Floraison™
25ml June® Wild Peach Liqueur
30ml La Quintinye Vermouth Royal® Blanc
30ml lime syrup
1 Tbsp. of honey
½ Tbsp. of fresh ginger juice.
Add all ingredients to a mixer, shake and pour in a highball with ice.
Top with soda water and garnish with a ginger slice, a lime twist and a seasonal flower if available.

40 ml June Royal Pear & Cardamom
20 ml Vodka
5 ml Lime Juice
20 ml Egg White
Add ice and all the ingredients in a shaker and shake vigorously, strain into a frozen coupette glass and grate chocolate (or use powder) on half the surface.
