Recipe: Strawberries & Cream Colada

Baileys Strawberries and cream colada cocktail recipe

Chill out with a Strawberries & Cream Colada

You might have noticed the limited edition Baileys Strawberries and Cream flavour in the supermarket…we certainly did. Of course, purely for blog research we purchased a bottle and after having a drink “on the rocks” tried out a cocktail.

Do you remember the fruity penicillin that the Doctor prescribed?  This is what Mrs Foodie thought this was like, lots of childhood memories – of tasty medicine not sore throats! (Or does this count as adult medicine for sore throats? [please drink responsibly!!])

Is there an error on the recipe; two TBSP each of the liquor and Strawberries and Cream. What else are you using to fill up the cups you have displayed in your photo. Thanks

Hi Diane, the rest is ice cubes which are blended together. Hope this helps
