How about a decadent cocktail to go with your brunch this weekend?  This breakfast cocktail martini is ideal.  Quick to make and serve.  Garnish with fresh orange or use the marmalade in the cocktail to add some extra orangey zing.

Recipe: Breakfast Martini Cocktail

Ingredients
  

  • 50 ml/2fl oz gin
  • 1 tbsp Cointreau
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • tsp orange marmalade
  • Ice

Instructions
 

  • Add ice to cocktail shaker.
  • Add gin.
  • Add Cointreau.
  • Add lemon juice.
  • Add marmalade
  • Shake well.
  • Strain into glass.
  • Garnish with orange peel.
