The Glenturret Lalique Restaurant – fine dining in Perthshire
We teased with the news from The Glenturret and the addition of a spectacular new fine dining experience to its distillery: The Glenturret Lalique Restaurant and now we have the opening date. The Glenturret Lalique Restaurant will open on 28th July 2021.
Located at the heart of The Glenturret distillery guests will enjoy world-class gastronomy and hospitality in the idyllic Perthshire countryside. The Glenturret Lalique Restaurant is headed up by Head Chef Mark Donald, who joins from Michelin-starred Number One at The Balmoral in Edinburgh.
Alongside an extensive fine wine list, a spectacular Whisky Bar will offer more than 250 spectacular whiskies to try by the dram or as part of a flight.

For those visiting in the day, indulgent afternoon tea will be served seven days a week. The selection of seasonal savouries created with the finest Scottish ingredients will be offered alongside sweet delicacies, such as Maracaibo 65% & Malted Barley Gateaux, made with the same grains used for making The Glenturret and served tableside from the trolley. All pastries are created by pastry chef Kayleigh Turner, who recently won Pastry Chef of the Year at the Scottish Food & Drink Awards; Kayleigh also worked together with Head Chef Mark Donald at Number One at The Balmoral.
