The brand new website from the British Frozen Food Federation (BFFF), is giving you the chance to win an amazing, once in a lifetime trip to Noma – the world’s best restaurant!

The ultimate in ‘Cool Cookery’ is up for grabs with this unique competition, to celebrate the launch of Cool Cookery which showcases just how healthy frozen food can be.

Win  a seven course dinner for two with matched wines at Noma in Copenhagen, Denmark. This amazing prize, worth over £2,000, also includes a two-night stay at the four star Radisson Blu hotel in Copenhagen with breakfast daily and return flights from London.

Run by chef, Rene Redzepi, Noma is renowned for its reinvention and interpretation of Nordic cuisine and has won the Restaurant magazine award for ‘Best Restaurant’ three years in a row.


To enter, simply upload a video of yourself cooking something special using frozen ingredients onto our competition portal Talk us through your recipe, your ingredients and show us how it’s made! It can be anything from something you’ve designed yourself – an amazing starter, main or dessert – or perhaps an accompaniment to complement a favourite dish of yours. For inspiration visit our Meal Ideas section, whatever it is, we want to see it! All entries will be reviewed by a panel of experts and an overall winner chosen.

The closing date for competition entries is midday Friday 17th May 2013 and the winner will be chosen and notified by Friday  24th May.

Terms and Conditions

Entries will be chosen by our team of food experts and notified by email within seven days of the closing date. The judges’ decision is final and no discussion will be entered into.

Prize is valid until 31st December 2013. Travel is not permitted over Christmas, New Year, Easter and Bank Holidays. All dates are subject to availability at the time of booking.

There is no cash alternative. Prize is based on two adults sharing a double or twin room. Winners are responsible for their own visas, passports and meeting entry requirements.

Prize includes return flights from London to Copenhagen for two adults including all taxes and fuel surcharges, two night’s stay at the 4* Radisson Blu hotel (or similar), breakfast daily, seven course tasting menu for two with wines matched to each course.

Only one entry per person will be accepted. Entries from BFFF or Pelican PR employees or immediate family members cannot be considered.
