News: New Spring Menu at LEON with more Vegan and Vegetarian offers

Vegan and Vegetarian dishes on the new Spring Menu at LEON

LEON have unveiled their Spring Menu for 2018 with more focus on vegetarian and vegan dishes.

A new addition, Vegan Meatless Meatballs are made with aubergine, black olive and rosemary, served in LEON tomato sauce with a vegan garlic aioli along with a sprinkling of toasted seeds and fresh herbs.

The new LEON Plant Burger has a edamame, ginger, lemongrass & chili burger served in a brioche sesame bun with tamarind ketchup, fresh spinach, and spicy pickled carrots. There will also be a  gluten-free, vegan burger bun option available.Plant Burger

Of course, eating out needs a treat right? So what better than the collaboration with Ruby’s of London, a vegan baker based in Greenwich, to launch a PB&J Brownie, 2 mini cupcakes, and 2 baked donuts.
