Vegan and Vegetarian dishes on the new Spring Menu at LEON
LEON have unveiled their Spring Menu for 2018 with more focus on vegetarian and vegan dishes.
A new addition, Vegan Meatless Meatballs are made with aubergine, black olive and rosemary, served in LEON tomato sauce with a vegan garlic aioli along with a sprinkling of toasted seeds and fresh herbs.
The new LEON Plant Burger has a edamame, ginger, lemongrass & chili burger served in a brioche sesame bun with tamarind ketchup, fresh spinach, and spicy pickled carrots. There will also be a gluten-free, vegan burger bun option available.
Of course, eating out needs a treat right? So what better than the collaboration with Ruby’s of London, a vegan baker based in Greenwich, to launch a PB&J Brownie, 2 mini cupcakes, and 2 baked donuts.
