1. Belfast City Hall
Free guided tours around this stunning building. There’s also a free exhibition showcasing the history of the city.
2. St. George’s Market
Open every Friday, Saturday and Sunday with hot food, arts, crafts and lots of banter.
3. Titanic Belfast
The Titanic visitor experience has everything about the Titanic from its construction to launch and searching for its remains.
4. Crumlin Road Jail

5. Stormont Parliament Buildings
Visit the home of the Northern Irish Assembly and marvel at the architecture and surroundings.
6. Victoria Square
Not only is it filled with shops but you can get the lift up to the dome for a birds’ eye view of the city (and see Samson and Goliath from here too!).
7. Cathedral Quarter
Where to go to for the coolest places to eat and drink in. Wander around the historic streets. Stopping off for a refreshment or two.
8. Peace Wall
Visiting a concrete metal wall might not be first on your to-do list however the peace walls around Belfast speak of the history of “The Troubles” as well as where Belfast sees itself now.
9. Eat at the oldest chippy in Belfast
Operating since 1914, John Long converted part of his grocery shop on Mill Street to sell fish & chips. The chip shop is now in Athol Street and is over 100 years old.
10. Visit the most bombed hotel in Europe
The Europa hotel is known as the most bombed hotel in Europe after it was bombed 36 times during The Troubles. Step inside now for a drink, a meal or an overnight stay in this historic building.
