Lind & Lime Supper Club

Summer supper club series at Edinburgh's Lind and Lime Distillery

Throughout August, Lind & Lime Gin is partnering with restaurants around Edinburgh to create a pop-up Summer Supper Club series hosted from their new industrial brand home in the heart of Leith. Inviting Eórna, Buck & Birch, Leftfield, Æmilia and Heron to take over their kitchen, locals and tourists visiting TimeOut’s best city in the world can enjoy a Lind & Lime Gin-inspired culinary experience from the working distillery.

The five Supper Clubs will take place every Monday throughout August and tickets are priced from £40 - £65 per person and only a small number of spaces are available for each Supper Club, early booking is recommended. Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased at https://buytickets.at/lindandlime.

Eòrna - Monday 1 August

Menu: 

Lind & Lime Gin & Tonic 

Belhaven Smoked Salmon with Lind and Lime Gin, Pink Grapefruit, Buttermilk

Heritage Tomatoes, Cucumber and Basil

Loin of Roe Deer with Salt Baked Celeriac and Truffle

Buck & Birch - Monday 8 August 

Menu:

Lind & Lime Gin & Tonic 

Canapés

Poached oyster + coastal succulents

Chilled lovage veloute

Cured mackerel + nasturtium + gooseberry + horseradish snow

Pigeon + barley + brassicas

Wild summer fruit sundae

Aemilia - Monday 15 August

Menu:

Grissini

Tortellini in Crema di Parmigiano 

Garden Salad, Olive Oil & Sea Salt Focaccia

Leftfield - Monday 22 August

Menu:

Lind & Lime Gin & Tonic 

Oyster bar with either Classic pickled shallot, Walnut salsa or Crispy speck & La Garde Ecossaise Hollandaise

West Coast Scallop ceviche, scallop crisp.

Gigha Halibut, romesco, okahijiki, confit potato.

HERON - Tuesday 30 August

Menu: 

Lind & Lime Gin & Tonic 

Isle of Wight tomato tartlet. 

Lind & Lime Cured Mackerel, Citrus, Fig leaf, Gooseberry 

Spiced Duck, Pithivier & Phantassie Salad 

Raspberry and Valrhona chocolate Delice
