Lansdowne Spruced up

Lansdowne Bar and Kitchen re-launches this Friday with brand new menu

The Lansdowne Bar and Kitchen in Glasgow’s west end has been on a short summer holiday and will re-launch this Friday 26th July 2013 following a revamp of its entrance and bar area.

The Lansdowne is also celebrating the arrival of its new head chef, Scott Freeman, and the launch of its brand new menu.

From Friday night from 7pm onwards, the Lansdowne will be giving customers the chance to sample a selection of the new dishes including a deliciously oriental Vegetable Pad Thai or a Mixed Seafood Platter which features Crayfish, smoked salmon, mussels and hot smoked mackerel. The menu also features old favourites such as Fish Supper and Steak Pie.

DJ Alan Hushpuppy will be providing the soundtrack for the evening spinning a mix of chilled out tunes setting the laid back atmosphere that the Lansdowne is famous for.

The Lansdowne Bar and Kitchen, tucked away in Lansdowne Crescent in the heart of Glasgow’s west end, is a hub for creativity and often hosts local events such as The Hidden Gem Jewellery Fair which is taking place this Sunday from 12 noon to 5pm.
