Considered some of the best beef in the UK, Highland Wagyu Beef will be launched at the hotel in the burger form with a special burger event.

September also sees the launch of the hotel’s new Autumn Rosette menu where Wagyu “heart of rump beef steaks” will be the highlight.

“We’ve selected an F2 grade beef cut which is 75% Wagyu and 25% Scotch Beef, a mix we believe offers some of the most tender of steaks.” says Head Chef Ian Rainbird.
