Recipe : Hedgerow Fizz Cocktail with Highland Boundary

hedgerow fizz

Take it sloe with this fruity fizz

I’m sure we are not alone in upping the number of cocktails we have at home during lockdown part 2 and this mix of birch and Sloe liqueur with blackcurrants, gin and fizz is a refreshing fruity combo.  We used Highland Boundary Birch and Sloe liqueur alongside White Heron British Cassis and some Glasgow-made Makar Gin.
