Edinburgh restaurant Grazing by Mark Greenaway
Grazing by Mark Greenaway, located at Waldorf Astoria Edinburgh, will be reopening its doors on Friday 21st May.
“I can’t wait to get back into my kitchen and recreate some of our most favoured dishes, it’s been a tough time for the whole industry, and everything returning to some sort of normal is amazing, it only leaves me to say a huge thank you for all the support over the last year and I can’t wait to cook for you all once again in Grazing.” – Chef Mark Greenaway
There will be a new menu that will feature some of Chef Mark Greenaway famous signature dishes, including the crispy Tempura Soft-Shell Crab starter, Roasted Monkfish Tail main course and gooey Sticky Toffee Pudding Soufflé with Salted Caramel and Date Ripple Ice Cream!
To celebrate the restaurant’s reopening, every guest that dines with Grazing by Mark Greenaway in May will receive a complimentary signature cocktail or mocktail on arrival.
