Glasgow welcomes Harris Gin Bar to Merchant City

The Isle of Harris Gin Bar – upstairs are Cafe Gandolfi

Tucked away above Glasgow legend Cafe Gandolphi,  will be the new Isle of Harris Gin Bar.  In the heart of Glasgow’s merchant city, the bar will open every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evening up until mid-December 2020.

Each evening will be hosted by the distillery ambassadors Iona Cairns and Calum Barker.

As well as the bar, there will also be Isle of Harris Gin pop-up shop open during the day on Wednesdays and Saturdays selling bottles of Isle of Harris Gin, gift sets and glassware, all available in good time for Christmas.

What to expect

Tickets are inclusive of three unique Isle of Harris Gin cocktails paired with seafood bites and tasters, and a refreshing, sea-influenced sorbet. There are spaces for 16 at each sitting and these are the times available for booking.

Thursdays and Fridays: 18.00 – 19.30 / 20.00 – 21.30

Saturdays: 16.00 – 17.30 / 18.00- 19.30 / 20.00 – 21.30

COVID safety information

The bar will only be accepting bookings of up to six people from two households. If it is suspected that this rule is not being followed, guests may be turned away.

If you do not wish to drink alcohol, an alternative serve can be prepared by our bartender if you can let us know in advance. The ticket price will remain the same.

This event is for people aged 18 years and over. Isle of Harris Distillers will be operating a Challenge 25 policy.
