It’s fantastic to see how well Chilli Burns has done since we developed it 18 moths ago and I am overwhelmed to see it placed second in such a prestigious worldwide award. What’s particularly good is that Chilli Burns is a truly local/seasonal product incoporating three other locally made products in the ingredients – Bladnoch whisky, honey from A Bee Provided at Auchencairn and Waulkmill Cider vinegar.

Hosted in Louisiana, this world-wide competition is usually dominated by American competitors so it was great to see a British company win and even better as we love Sheena and her products – well done!
