Can you keep a secret?

Kyle Steel and Chris Gibson have teamed up to create Section 33, a pop up restaurant with a difference.

They plan to stage pop-up restaurants in unusual yet well known locations around the city, each a closely guarded secret until tickets are released online.

The first event will be held from Friday 3rd October to Sunday 5th October. The location is still top secret however it is said to be Southside….

An initial £5 deposit will cover admission and a free drink on arrival. Places will be dished out on a first come, first served basis and every event will have a different menu tailored to the location or time of year.

The name

Section 33 used to be an occasional licence for selling alcohol at outdoor events but it’s also an eviction notice you get from the Council if you’re going to lose your home.

Giving back

After every weekend a substantial portion of the takings will be donated to people in need who regularly use Glasgow food banks.

Keep an eye of their website, facebook and twitter.
