This Saturday is the first in a series of pop up’s and collaboration dinners from chef Mark Heirs
This first dinner held at Ocho in Glasgow will see Mark pair 4 of his favourite dishes with beers from award-winning Edinburgh brewery Stewart Brewing.
The menu will include some amazing Scottish produce, although under wraps just now it will include stunning hand dived Orkney scallops and amazing Lamb from Perthshire, Mark will be on hand to guide guests through each course and why he picked the 4 beers for those dishes. He may even squeeze in a few little anecdotes from some of his most famous clients.
The Ocho dinner will be followed by a collaboration dinner with one of Scotland’s best-loved chefs Jacqueline O’Donnell, more details on that dinner will be announced very soon.
