The extremely tasteful Gordon Castle Gin are pairing food and gin at this Gin Club Scotland event.

Gin Club Scotland is the world’s first gin touring club, allowing gin enthusiasts to taste locally made, small-batch craft gins alongside larger, more well known brands.  The gins will be paired with a five-course meal prepared on the night by the chefs at the Gordon Castle Walled Garden Cafe.

Each course has been specially created for the event and will include fresh ingredients from the Gordon Castle Walled Garden.

The menu on the evening will be:

Amuse Bouche

Goats Cheese Mousse with crostini 

For Starters

Salmon Three Ways – pink peppercorn mousse, hickory smoked & oak smoked, with grapefruit and avocado

Entremet

Gordon Castle Gin Sorbet

The Main Event

Local Wood Pigeon – Stornoway black pudding, roast pistachio, blackberry & red wine reduction or Wild Mushroom Risotto  

To Finish

Hazelnut Praline Parfait – coffee ice cream, salted caramel syrup

Coffee and Gordon Castle Peppermint Fudge

 

Tickets for the event are £45 (£32 for drivers) and can be bought in-store or online from the Gordon Castle Scotland Shop.
