Edinburgh New Town Cookery School (ENTCS), Edinburgh New Town Cookery School Ltd has launched its 2016 programme of professional and leisure courses which offer everything from the three month intermediate cookery course  to short themed courses on a Saturday for home cooks.
Mrs Foodie went to the Japanese Cookery Course and loved it, so much so gyoza are a near staple at home now.
The longer courses are great for those with a basic cooking ability but want to move into a career in catering, with the leisure courses ideal for those with limited knowledge, so don’t feel like you need to know what you are doing – the lecturers were perfect at making every question not feel stupid and help along the way.
