Join The Wee Restaurant on Monday 12 May to taste a range of delicious local beers matched with Craig’s fabulous food.

The evening will be hosted by The Wee Restaurant’s chef/owner Craig Wood, creator of the de Brus brand David Austin, and brewer Douglas Ross.

De Brus is Dunfermline’s only independently-owned brewery, crafting beers and ciders using traditional local recipes and 100% natural ingredients. There is a brew to suit everyone’s taste, from the lighter blonde ales and Scottish lager, to the darker and more robust Nut Brown and stout.

Craig has developed an array of mouth-watering “wee tasting dishes” using local, seasonal produce to match each brew and tantalise your tastebuds!

Monday 12 May, 7pm, The Wee Restaurant, North Queensferry.

Tickets: £30 per person, payable upon booking.

Call 01383 616263 to book.
