Have you got what it takes to win The Cook School Cake Off?
The Cook School are looking for the best amateur baker and you have to get in quick as the cut off date is Monday 21st September.
To enter all you have to do is send email in your favourite cake recipe and tell The Cook School why it’s your favourite.
There is a £15 entry fee which will be donated to the chosen charity of The Cook School for 2015; The Ayrshire Hospice.
Entrants will be judged based on the quality and complexity of their recipe. Up to 10 finalists will be selected to take part in a ‘Cake Off’ on Saturday 3rd October where they will bake the cake they entered for our judges: The Cook School’s Andy Beattie and Vanessa Daley plus Jacqueline O’Donnell from The Sisters Restaurants in Glasgow and star of the Great British Menu.
Prizes include a selection of Le Creuset products plus a £200 voucher for a one on one session with a Cook School Scotland chef.
Four runners up will each receive a £20 Cook School voucher, Cook School bag for life, apron and recipe book.
