The Little Chartroom have a ‘festive feasts’ range covering both Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve.
• Christmas Day is a four-course meal including a half-bottle of champagne and a bottle of wine with the meal, priced at £165 for two.
• The New Year’s Eve meal is a sumptuous five-course dinner with a half-bottle of champagne to begin and a bottle of wine. The meal will feature Roberta’s venison tartare from Great British Menu and is priced at £185 for two.
All dishes have been designed to reheat at home. The restaurant delivers to Edinburgh postcodes only (EH1 – EH16) but collection is also available.
This is the first Cail Bruich Christmas with new head chef Lorna McNee (previously at two Michelin starred Restaurant Andrew Fairlie and BBC’s Great British Menu’s Champion of Champions). Lorna has designed a luxury hamper which includes a festive four-course menu (a smoked salmon and caviar starter, duck liver terrine with brioche followed by turkey with all the trimmings and pudding), with seasonal snacks, sourdough bread, petit fours and mince pies (for later) and a half bottle of Delamotte Brut Champagne, priced at £140 for two.
For a more lavish affair, you can order a range of supplementary courses including Lobster thermidor (£25pp), honey roast ham (£25 for two), truffled Tunworth cheese course (£15 for two).

Wedgwood the Restaurant
Wedgwood’s is one of the few independent restaurants in Scotland to offer UK-wide delivery of its festive five-course menu throughout December*. Featuring locally sourced Scottish ingredients this hamper is one for Scots missing a taste of home. The menu, that has been designed to finish at home (video tutorial is included), will feature locally sourced grouse ham, smoked halibut and pheasant breast (can be swapped for turkey on 24 Dec deliveries) and is priced at £125 for two. Additional wine selections from the Wedgwood wine cellar will also be available to order.

Aizle is run by ex-Gordon Ramsay and Sandy Lane (Barbados) chef Stuart Ralston. Stuart has devised a Christmas dinner for one (ideal for self-isolators or those just wanting some peace and quiet) or more if you have a houseful of hungry mouths to feed.
