Cafe, Rutherglen Town Hall

Visiting Lanarkshire’s Door’s Open Weekend, we popped into Rutherglen Town Hall for a cuppa and a nose around. The cafe is situated at the rear of the building in an airy glass house which fits sympathetically to the old building.

£1.55 for a latte, the snacks looked good and the prices were good to match (noted it was £1.20 for scone and Jam 🙂 ) Award winning toilets too as well as a museum to the side just off the cafe area. Culture and a good coffee.
