Cafe Castello, 61 Old Castle Road, Cathcart, Glasgow – Nov 2010

Modern interior, some dining tables and seating with coffee tables for relaxing over a newspaper (of which a good selection).   Busy with lots of locals visiting.

Friendly staff, quick service.  Usual selection of rolls with the added bonus of italian sausage which appeared to be a lorne sausage with a salami taste, very nice indeed.   Asked for a “coffee”, server clarified what type we required .  Never thought I would gripe about too much scrambled egg on the roll, but I am!  Little bit too much, but did enjoy it.
