Book Review: Teatime in Paris by Jill Colonna



Jill Colonna relocates to Paris and finds a love for all things French, and especially their pastries.  Starting with the forever asked question of “How the French eat pastry yet can stay slim”, Jill then leads us through her love of Parisian pastries.

I was inspired by Jill to purchase a caneles tin and make some.  My first attempt was pretty good I’m happy to say ( Recipe for Caneles can be found here) so much so I have bought a Madeline tin and may even attempt Macarons!
