Boaters, Rouken Glen Park, June 2009

It was city centre prices in Boaters.  £10.50 for three pots of tea and three cakes!  Nice cake but … for a pot of hot water and one teabag (which you put in yourself!) and took an age to get to a proper tea taste 🙁  Not good!  Friendly service although we they happily served us and then started putting the tables away pretty quickly!  Worked out £2.40 for the cupcake, which was reported as nice but a bit dry.

Nice for a cuppa, beware of the expensive cakes!
