With some Summer sun (well today anyway!) Arran Aromatics held a bloggers meet up breakfast at Cafezique to showcase their summer scents.

Three scents were picked, all with that signature Arran Aromatics freshness.

I do like the minimalism of the packaging, reflects the crisp, fresh smells of their scents in my mind.

I think these perfume bottles are dressing table ready, definately show offable.

We start with Citrus shores, which was launched in 2008 and still going strong.
Lemon, bergamot, grapefruit and more can be found in the layers of scent.  The idea behind the scent is to represent a rough sea enveloping you and giving you a hit of freshness.

Eydis is next.  A bit like the daughter of After the Rain , a favourite of mine.  Hints of mandarin/pear/rose/gorse.  I love this for my everyday scent.

Finally, Velvet Isle.  The sultry, evening smell. A warming and tropical smelling scent.
A strong fig smell, gorse is very coconut /tropical.

A bonus today was the sneaky peek (smell) at two scents in development, Citrus rock which  had woody notes and Delightly, sweet and creamy notes.
