Afternoon tea at the Blythswood Square Hotel has just got even better, every Friday is Blythswood Bubbles. What better way to treat yourself to the end of the week than either 3 courses on the Market Menu in Restaurant at Blythswood Square or The Duchess of Bedford Afternoon Tea and Moët & Chandon Champagne for the duration of your meal.
Priced £50 per person this may seem a little steep, but for service, fresh food and cakes as well as for the Champagne or for the 3 course meal option, it was well worth it.
Being a group of foodies, we of course had to try out the various options available (even the healthy tea tox!)

Look at that huge chunk of Dundee cake!

The Tea Tox was a pleasant surprise. Really like the hummus and the Detox salad – broccoli, cauliflower, cous cous, golden raisins, sunflower seeds and lemon oil.

The full afternoon tea menu can be found HERE, as well as an Afternoon Tea Club.
Not something that I’d be able to do all the time, but for an added bonus of either treat me time, hen night preparations or a birthday treat a serious contender. Smitten.
