Ritchie’s of Rothesay Smoked Salmon and Smoked Cheese. Founded in 1888, Ritchie’s of Rothesay started with the production of kippers which were sent all over the world and were believed to be Queen Victoria’s choice when in residence at Balmoral. In the 1960s, the firm switched the focus of its production to smoked salmon – although it still smokes kippers and trout.

Largie Cheese – A 3 month matured Vegetarian cheese.  Relocating from Belfast to Rothesay the family decided that a Rothesay made cheese was needed and here it is.
