Recipe: Mal Piña Caipirinha

Malmaison cocktail

It may have been World Cocktail Day last week but that doesn’t mean you can miss out on making a cool sounding cocktail – Piña Caipirinha.

Boutique hotel Malmaison has shared the recipe for one of their favourite cocktails on the menu from the spring cocktail menu at the Chez Mal bar. The sweet and fruity Piña Caipirinha, garnished with lime wedges and a pineapple leaf will certainly liven up the day!  Of course, you could save the work and use the  “Thank Mal It’s Friday” offer; sip on cocktails, beers & Maison Champagne from just £5 on Friday between 5pm and 8m at Malmaison.
