El Perro Negro spices things up with wings not burgers

El Perro Negro are well-known for their burger pop ups however their latest pop up was different with Korean spices at the fore. Teaming up with Cafe Strange Brew to dish out some wings and whisky cocktails courtesy of Nikka whisky .

Whisky cocktail of Nikka Whisky, cucumber and water.  Very refreshing.

These were no ordinary chicken wings, cooked confit in goose fat, given a crispy coating and smothered in a korean style gochujang glaze. Crispy, fall off the bone umami, spicy goodness.  yummy!

Each person received 12 korean wings, a refreshing whisky cocktail and a whisky for afters.
