A new fresh cocktail mixer from The Soho Juice Co

We’re always on the look out for delicious new things to try and The Soho from The Soho Juice Co caught our attention.

The Soho is a cucumber, mint, lemon and lime juice that has been designed as the perfect cocktail accompaniment as well as drink on its own.

The Look

The bottle looks good with its bright packaging and its re-sealable retro bottle top.

The Taste

The Soho is a mix of cucumber, mint, lemon and lime juices. A perfect citrus mix.  Opening the bottle, the cucumber and mint scents jump out at you.

On its own, The Soho would be ideal on a hot day wandering around town, or stashed in your bag for a refreshing moment on the train.   Finished work on a hot day and need something refreshing? This would hit the spot.

The flavours are perfectly balanced, not too much citrus or mint for me.

Cocktails

Of course, The Soho is an ideal mixer made for creating cocktails.

I tried a gin martini with a dash of The Soho.  The cucumber taste have the martini a summer lift, I could just see myself sitting on a balcony somewhere planning where to go for dinner over a couple of these.

The Soho works with many other cocktails (click here for some cocktail recipes) with The Margarita being another personal favourite.

The Margarita – tequila mixed with Soho then shaken and double strained into a coupe glass with Maldon sea salt sprinkled along the rim.
